Our subsidiary Expede-Tech Research & Development is responsible for innovation, experimentation, problem-solving and development of new, safer and sustainable production processes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Kheda for the position of Store In-Charge. The Store In-Charge will oversee the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, monitoring retail loss prevention measures, providing excellent customer service, leading customer satisfaction initiatives, and managing overall store performance to achieve targets. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company policies will be essential.QualificationsProficiency in Store Management, with a focus on inventory control and operational oversightExperience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring quality interactions and a seamless shopping experienceStrong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and address customer inquiriesKnowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard assets and minimize risksAbility to lead and supervise staff while consistently meeting store performance goalsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in retail or store management is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and a result-driven mindsetLocation: Nayka Kheda, GujaratQualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical or relevant)Employment Type: Full-Time (Freshers can apply, upto 3 years of experience)Send your CV to ,
