We offer the largest Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform in India for two-wheelers with a nationwide network that is helping redefine urban mobility with its reliable, convenient and efficient nationwide network of over 85 swapping stations.Role Overview:As an Associate - Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for driving key projects within the organization. This role involves managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of multiple cities and business lines, monitoring key business metrics, and identifying potential improvement areas & implementing solutions. You will work closely with leadership and city heads to ensure smooth execution of new strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will devise financial models & metrics for new business ventures/product offering. The job also requires you to make compelling, data-driven presentations for investor meetings and board discussions, effectively conveying strategic insights and business performance to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Develop financial models and pricing strategies for new business lines, incorporating reasonable assumptions based on industry standards.• Oversee and analyse the Profit & Loss (P&L) for multiple cities and business lines, providing actionable insights for improvement.• Track, analyse, and assess key business metrics, and suggest data-driven improvements for enhanced performance.• Work closely with city leads to ensure the implementation of special projects for business growth.• Demonstrate a strong grasp of key financial metrics required for business modelling and ongoing performance monitoring.• Prepare high-quality presentations for investor meetings, board meetings, and client pitches. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills is a plus. Key Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is preferred.• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or finance, ideally in the EV, renewable energy, tech-driven sectors, or leading consulting firms.• Solid understanding and working experience with financial modelling, including pricing strategies and business model development.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations for investors and leadership teams.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. SQL knowledge is a plus.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
