Role Overview:

As an Associate - Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for driving key projects within the organization. This role involves managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of multiple cities and business lines, monitoring key business metrics, and identifying potential improvement areas & implementing solutions. You will work closely with leadership and city heads to ensure smooth execution of new strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will devise financial models & metrics for new business ventures/product offering. The job also requires you to make compelling, data-driven presentations for investor meetings and board discussions, effectively conveying strategic insights and business performance to stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and pricing strategies for new business lines, incorporating reasonable assumptions based on industry standards.

• Oversee and analyse the Profit & Loss (P&L) for multiple cities and business lines, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• Track, analyse, and assess key business metrics, and suggest data-driven improvements for enhanced performance.

• Work closely with city leads to ensure the implementation of special projects for business growth.

• Demonstrate a strong grasp of key financial metrics required for business modelling and ongoing performance monitoring.

• Prepare high-quality presentations for investor meetings, board meetings, and client pitches. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills is a plus.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or finance, ideally in the EV, renewable energy, tech-driven sectors, or leading consulting firms.

• Solid understanding and working experience with financial modelling, including pricing strategies and business model development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations for investors and leadership teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
