This position focuses on expanding B2B sales, forging corporate tie-ups, and ensuring seamless operational management of Pranaam services.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote Pranaam services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.- Establish and nurture corporate tie-ups to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for Pranaam services.- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pranaam services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the Bangalore market.- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and address operational challenges.- Manage a team of service professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure alignment with service standards.- Coordinate with airport operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Pranaam services within the broader airport ecosystem.- Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction levels.- Contribute to the development of innovative service packages that align with Adani Airports' commitment to global standards and passenger-centric solutions.- Ensure adherence to sustainability practices in service operations, reflecting Adani Airports' emphasis on eco-friendly and energy-efficient practices.Qualifications & SkillsEducation :Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or Aviation ManagementExperience :7+ years in sales, preferably in airport services or hospitalitySkills :CRM tools, negotiation, presentation, strategic planningAttributes :Customer-focused, proactive, well-groomed, adaptable, team leader
