We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across various domains. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of project management principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Primary Skills: Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Risk Management, Stakeholder Communication, Budgeting, Scheduling
Secondary Skills: Scrum Master Certification, MS Project, Jira, Change Management, Conflict Resolution
Experience: 6 -10Years
Work Location: Coimbatore
Must Have Skills:
Proven experience of 6+ years in managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
Experience in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
Familiarity with budget management and cost tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and client expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication.
Track project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
