OBJECTIVE - T o enhance Hindalco's product development and technical capabilities expertise in Cells and Batteries value chain by bringing in outside-in perspective, leading the qualification trials and enhance customer satisfaction and business stability and growth.

Reporting To - Commercial Leader

Mechanical Graduate, Metallurgical preferred.

· Certified in QMS ,LEAD AUDITOR- IATF 16949 / VDA 6.Minimum experience of 4- 6 Years in QMS

Must be from Automotive background , and should have worked in Automotive components industry or similar.

Should have excellent English communication.

Team collaboration - Cross functional with R& D, Production, Quality, Engineering and Senior Stakeholders - both internal and external.

Should have worked on continuous improvement and process optimization projects.

Conversant with automotive engineering principles and practices.

This position requires a deep understanding of quality management systems, customer qualification methodologies, quality operations and industry-specific requirements.

Diagnose, evaluate, advise the best technical solutions to queries, requirements, with new developments, new prospects, supporting customers and sales team for achieving the targeted market share, net realizations, and customer delight by being an interface between customer, R&D, plant and sales and providing best of the after-sales services.

This profile will require extensive travel domestic and international.
