As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand, building relationships with agencies and direct clients while driving revenue across our entire suite of AdTech solutions. Every day will bring opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.
Here’s what you’ll get to do:
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities, pitch creative solutions, and close deals that make a difference.
- Drive conversations around our full range of offerings: media sales, platforms, brand campaigns, and innovative AdTech products.
- Turn client needs into actionable strategies and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, always looking for smarter, better ways to connect with clients.
- Own your numbers and celebrate every win as part of a supportive, high-energy team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in digital advertising or AdTech sales in India.
- Strong network and relationships across agencies and brands.
- A proven track record of hitting (or exceeding) sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills—you can engage, influence, and inspire at every level.
- A passion for technology, creativity, and helping brands grow.
- Experience working with CRM systems and a knack for keeping things organized.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and a love for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
