Position Sales Manager Location Bangalore Industry HVAC Preferred Engineering Qualification B E B Tech Experience 10 years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth for our entire range of Stulz products in Bangalore and the South India region The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales business development and client relationship management in the HVAC or Engineering industry Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Client Engagement Identify and generate requirements through clients consultants and architects in Bangalore Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Business Development Create a strong footprint in the industrial segment across South India Explore and penetrate new market segments and industries to secure profitable business opportunities Strategic Sales Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets Conduct market intelligence activities and competitor analysis Provide timely feedback and insights to the management team Pre-Sales Technical Documentation Prepare technical and commercial tenders data sheets and pre-sales documentation for AHUs Ensure technical compatibility of solutions by coordinating with internal teams engineering operations etc Project Support Handle sales project execution issues independently Provide on-site support for application engineering and execution if required MIS Reporting Prepare and submit regular MIS reports and suggest improvements based on performance metrics Coordination Compliance Coordinate with the factory for order placements documentation and dispatches Ensure timely collection of payments bank guarantees and compliance documents Brand Promotion Execute PR activities to improve brand awareness and visibility in the region Other Duties Carry out tasks as assigned by the management relevant to your expertise Required Skills Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industrial sales Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage technical and commercial aspects of large-scale projects Proficient in tendering and documentation Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
