As we continue to expand, we are building a team in Ahmedabad to support our rapid growth and ensure exceptional customer service for our users. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist with exceptional spoken and written English skills, as well as a technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience providing customer support in a high-tech environment, with the ability to navigate complex systems and address technical queries efficiently. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse, globally distributed team, supporting both patients and healthcare professionals using our platform. Important Note : This role requires strong communication skills, with fluency in English being essential. The initial interview will focus on assessing English proficiency, so only apply if your spoken and written English is at a professional level. Core Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to patients and clinicians using the Script Assist platform. Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with technical issues related to the app, including navigation, account setup, functionality questions and data-driven resolution. Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring transparency and traceability. Process Improvement: Provide feedback to the product and development teams on potential areas for platform improvement based on user interactions. Training & Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred . Experience: 2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a tech environment. Language Proficiency: Outstanding spoken and written English proficiency. Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of web applications, basic networking, and the ability to handle common software troubleshooting scenarios.
