Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with business and banking partners to drive lending growth; identify new opportunities through team-based customer development.
Negotiation & Product Development: Lead negotiations for commercial loans, focusing on terms, pricing, and documentation to meet client needs.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and industry trends to make informed decisions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level connections with banks, NBFCs, credit funds, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
