This is a front-facing leadership role, working directly with the founders to deliver a seamless blend of design consultation, premium service, and business growth. The ideal candidate will represent the brand, inspire clients, and manage the team to ensure every interaction reflects Designest’s ethos.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Sales- Be the face of Designest for HNI clients, architects, and interior designers.- Understand client needs and present bespoke furniture solutions.- Manage end-to-end sales, order processing from enquiry to handover.- Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams for order tracking.- Handle client queries, updates, documentation, and
