As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the performance marketing strategies of Ecomnomics and its clients, ensuring exceptional ROI through data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns to maximize client ROI.
- Optimize campaigns by tracking KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting dashboards.
- Prepare detailed reports showcasing campaign success, insights, and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns efficiently to maximize results.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure campaigns meet financial targets.
Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing, preferably with e-commerce or digital-first businesses.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in performance marketing for restaurants and food delivery platforms.
