Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented team player with an innovative bent of mind to manage the "Social Media Marketing" for the Brand.
Key Responsibilities -
- Strategic Planning-Designing and implementing media plans to increase brand awareness and attract a diverse audience
- Content Creation-Coordinating the creation of digital content, such as website updates, blogs, press releases, and podcasts.
- Media Relations-Maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure effective promotional activities.
- Campaign Management-Monitoring and evaluating both online and offline campaigns, and reporting on their results.
- Social Media Management-Overseeing the company's social media strategy, including managing accounts and posts.
- Budget Management-Forecasting and managing the media budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Market Analysis-Staying current with industry trends and advancements in media and digital technology.
- Collaboration-Working closely with the marketing team to innovate and execute marketing campaigns.
- Public Relations-Conducting press conferences, briefings, and managing the company's media presence.
- Performance Analysis-Analyzing the effectiveness of media campaigns to optimize strategies and align them with marketing objectives.
- Additionally involvement in Internal Employer Branding and Engagement for impactful Social Media presence of Employer Brand.
Qualifications - Any Graduate with working exposure and experience in same field.
