Note: The position is a contract role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing multi-channel campaigns that support business initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Google ads, social media, e-mail, in-person, videos, webinars, articles, etc.)
  • Track data and report on performance and efficiency of campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with external vendors on events and campaigns, Manage back end activities such as PO generation and payable to vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive intelligence through analysis of competitors’ campaigns, websites, events, imagery, Etc.
  • Plan, and execute the strategy for regional tradeshows and events. This includes booth design, budgeting, communication with sales, and analysis of KPIs to measure success.
  • Coordinate creation of internal tools to commercial teams such as updating content within internal database, tradeshow preparation, give away items, and product sell sheets. Devise B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing group and develop or repurpose marketing materials such as brochures, ads, flyers, and presentations for regional needs
  • Execute on social media calendar and creation of content and graphics (LinkedIn)
  • Assist in development of the annual Marketing plans together with the Marketing Manager,and regional business lead

Qualifications

  • Management degree, with major in business, marketing, or communications preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or sales
  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to present information and data
  • Experience in handling marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Photoshop, Coral Canva knowledge is advantage
  • Creative and out-of-box thinking
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to go the extra mile to get work done
