Today, 30 years later brand Turtle continue to deliver the best of global styling and inspirations, whilst staying true to their heritage Role Overvie w: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with good technical and social media backend understanding to join our team. If you possess a strong technical background in digital marketing from D2 C brands and analytics, with a passion for optimizing online performance, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilit ies 1. Social Media Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance across platforms using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) (paid and non-paid tools Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization based on data-driven analys is. 2. Website Management & SEO: Oversee the technical management and maintenance of company website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Conduct regular website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvem ent. 3. Programmatic Banners & Digital Adverti sing: Develop and manage programmatic banner ad campaigns, including setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting. Collaborate with the creative team to design effective banner ads that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real-time data and tr ends. 4. Website Analytics & Performance Tra cking: Set up and configure website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track user behaviour, traffic sources, and conversion events. Create detailed reports and dashboards to present website performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Identify user behaviour patterns and make recommendations to improve website conversion rates and overall perfor mance. 5. Trend Analysis & Strategy Development: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Provide recommendations for new digital marketing initiatives based on trend analysis and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, SEO, website management, or a related technical role. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and social media monitoring tools. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and campaign management. Technical proficiency in website management, including CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Drupal). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
