Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of researchers in the R&D department, ensuring successful project execution.
Plan, design, and implement research strategies to meet client needs and project goals.
Oversee experimental design, data analysis, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., regulatory, quality control, production) to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
Communicate research progress and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Ph.D. in a Organic Chemistry from Top reputed university
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in R&D, preferably in a CRO/CDMO environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development processes, including preclinical and clinical stages.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in regulatory compliance, GMP, and industry best practices is a plus.
