Key Responsibilities :Lead and manage a team of researchers in the R&D department, ensuring successful project execution.Plan, design, and implement research strategies to meet client needs and project goals.Oversee experimental design, data analysis, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., regulatory, quality control, production) to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.Communicate research progress and results to clients and internal stakeholders.Qualifications :Ph.D. in a Organic Chemistry from Top reputed universityMinimum of 10-15 years of experience in R&D, preferably in a CDMO environment.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development processes, including preclinical and clinical stages.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Experience in regulatory compliance, GMP, and industry best practices is a plus.Why Join Us :Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development.Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at the cutting edge of drug development.
