Job Title: Research Scientist & Team Lead – Research & Development (R&D)
Location : Hyderabad
Industry : Contract Research Organization (CRO) / Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of researchers in the R&D department, ensuring successful project execution.
- Plan, design, and implement research strategies to meet client needs and project goals.
- Oversee experimental design, data analysis, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., regulatory, quality control, production) to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Communicate research progress and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Ph.D. in a Organic Chemistry from Top reputed university
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in R&D, preferably in a CRO/CDMO environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development processes, including preclinical and clinical stages.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, GMP, and industry best practices is a plus.
