Nearly 2,000 customers have standardized on Responsive to respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, ESGs, security questionnaires, ad hoc information requests and more. We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who can turn raw product usage data into meaningful insights that shape product strategy and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled at digging deep into product data, and able to clearly communicate insights that drive decision-making. Experience with ETL and BI tools is a plus, but the primary focus is on analyzing data, deriving insights, and storytelling. Product Data Analysis: Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and funnel performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights with compelling narratives for product, growth, and leadership teams. Partner with product managers and other teams to define KPIs, track success metrics, and recommend data-informed decisions. Support feature usage tracking, feature adoption studies, and customer journey analysis to measure product impact. Data Preparation: Clean, structure, and prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability. Build intuitive dashboards and reports to monitor key product metrics and democratize data access across the organization. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar). Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Excellent communication skills — able to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of Python/R for advanced data analysis and automation. Experience with data extraction and ETL workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. ~2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst, ideally in a SaaS or product-driven company. ~ Proven track record of influencing product decisions through data insights.
