Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders, build reports and dashboards, and uncover trends that guide strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of databases and data systems.
  • Present findings in a clear and compelling manner using data storytelling techniques.
  • Support data quality initiatives and ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

Key Requirements

  • 0–6 Months of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (internships included).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience handling relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Metabase or any similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Programming knowledge in Python (preferred) or other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL frameworks, and reporting packages.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data mining, segmentation, and database design.
  • Exposure to XML, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior project or internship experience in a data-driven role is a plus.
