About the Role

Cauvery Calling, one of Isha's flagship ecological initiatives, is looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst
to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, building insightful dashboards, and enabling informed decision-making across sales, inventory, and farmer engagement programs. This role involves close collaboration with IT, field teams, and management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Inventory Data Management
    : Generate and analyze POS reports, track inventory, and flag discrepancies.
  • Inventory Audits
    : Design audit data formats, coordinate with field teams, and ensure timely execution.
  • POS System Coordination
    : Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with the IT team.
  • Geo-Spatial Data Analysis
    : Analyze tree-planting and survival data to measure ecological impact.
  • App Development Support
    : Collaborate with IT to improve field data capture tools.
  • MIS & Dashboards
    : Build and maintain dashboards, providing actionable insights to leadership.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in
    SQL, DBMS, Google BigQuery, Google Sheets/Excel (advanced), Looker Studio
  • Experience with
    Google AppSheet, Apps Script, Python
    for analysis & automation
  • Excellent communication skills in English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience with
    geospatial data, agriculture/field data collection projects
  • Exposure to
    retail/POS/inventory management systems
