With expert faculty and state-of-the-art training methodologies, ALPS has established itself as a trusted name in aviation education.Role OverviewWe are seeking a CPL Instructor who will not only deliver high-quality training to students but also contribute to the institute’s Sales, Administration, Operations, Marketing, and Branding initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a CPL Holder to leverage their aviation expertise while developing multi-disciplinary skills in education management and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & AdministrationCounsel prospective students and assist in the admissions process.Manage student records, attendance, and documentation.Support daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.Marketing & BrandingRepresent ALPS in seminars, career guidance sessions, and events.Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the institute’s presence across platforms.Contribute to branding initiatives to enhance ALPS’s reputation in the aviation sector.Training & InstructionConduct CPL ground classes and mentor aspiring pilots.Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests.Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.Skills & QualificationsValid CPL Holder (mandatory).Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).Passion for aviation education and student mentorship.Ability to multitask across training, operations, and business functions.Proactive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.Why Join ALPS?Opportunity to mentor and inspire the next generation of aviators.Diverse role combining aviation expertise with business leadership.Work in a growth-oriented environment with a reputed aviation institute.Career development opportunities in training, operations, and management.How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated CV to : |
