Role Overview

We are seeking a CPL Instructor who will not only deliver high-quality training to students but also contribute to the institute’s Sales, Administration, Operations, Marketing, and Branding initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a CPL Holder to leverage their aviation expertise while developing multi-disciplinary skills in education management and business growth.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administration

  • Counsel prospective students and assist in the admissions process.
  • Manage student records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Support daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Marketing & Branding

  • Represent ALPS in seminars, career guidance sessions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the institute’s presence across platforms.
  • Contribute to branding initiatives to enhance ALPS’s reputation in the aviation sector.


Training & Instruction

  • Conduct CPL ground classes and mentor aspiring pilots.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.



Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid CPL Holder (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
  • Passion for aviation education and student mentorship.
  • Ability to multitask across training, operations, and business functions.
  • Proactive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
