Role Overview

We are seeking a CPL Instructor who will not only deliver high-quality training to students but also contribute to the institute's Sales, Administration, Operations, Marketing, and Branding initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a CPL Holder to leverage their aviation expertise while developing multi-disciplinary skills in education management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administration

- Counsel prospective students and assist in the admissions process.
- Manage student records, attendance, and documentation.
- Support daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Marketing & Branding

- Represent ALPS in seminars, career guidance sessions, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the institute's presence across platforms.
- Contribute to branding initiatives to enhance ALPS's reputation in the aviation sector.

Training & Instruction

- Conduct CPL ground classes and mentor aspiring pilots.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

- Valid CPL Holder (mandatory).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
- Passion for aviation education and student mentorship.
- Ability to multitask across training, operations, and business functions.
- Proactive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
