NOVARGI Group, as a highly specialized Process Package and Plant Contractor for the Energy Sector, we contribute to better tomorrow with our process and engineering solutions. The Company is acting worldwide from our headquarters in Europe (Spain) and our centres in India, China and Middle East leading projects in the Upstream, Downstream, Circular Economy and Transition Energy.

NOVARGI Indian branch, is mainly focused on Engineering activities for the whole group and Project management activities.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced **Quality Assurance and HSE Manager** to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS) across the international companies within the Novargi Group. This role ensures compliance with IMS standards, enhances operational processes, and aligns with the group’s strategic objectives.

You will report to the work closely with the HQ’s IMS Department, oversee IMS-related certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and ensure quality, environmental, health, and safety standards are consistently met across our offices, workshops, sites, and plants.

Location: Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities

IMS Development & Management:

  • Update and adapt the IMS procedures to align with current and future company activities.
  • Propose and implement actions for continuous improvement of the IMS and company processes.
  • Ensure IMS coherence across the group and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.

Compliance & Monitoring:

  • Ensure IMS compliance in both office and project activities (workshops, sites, and plants).
  • Conduct evaluations and provide resources necessary to meet IMS targets.
  • Prepare for and manage ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Promote awareness and understanding of the IMS within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Head Quarters to ensure consistency and proper implementation across the group.

Requirements

Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial Organization, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).
  • Additional certifications in HSE management are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in similar roles within industrial companies, ideally in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Environmental sectors.
  • Proven experience in both office and on-site environments.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and adaptability skills.
  • Tenacity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
