We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of talented QA engineers, defining and implementing our QA strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities will include:-Problem Solving:-Proactively identify and analyze complex technical challenges related to software quality and relevant business deliveries.-Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve testing processes and efficiency. * Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.-Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
People Management-Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of QA engineers.-Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.-Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.-Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership.

Quality Assurance Strategy:
Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices.●
Test Automation:
Drive the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.●
Team Leadership:
Build and manage a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.●
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and optimize QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.●
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and operations.●
Product Quality : Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualification & Experience● Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.● 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.● 2+ years of experience managing a team of QA engineers.
Skills & know-how● Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing life cycles (STLC) and Agile methodologies.● Extensive experience in various testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, gray-box, functional, regression and nonfunctional testing.● Strong knowledge in OOPS and JAVA.● Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Rest Assured, BDD, Selenium, Appium, playwright, JMeter).● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.● Ability to create manage and own testing environments● Familiarity with different databases, and cloud platforms.● Ability to define, write and review testing scope, test cases, and bug reports.● Understanding of Devops processes, Cloud infra management would be a plus.
