Job Description: Are you a strategic thinker and skilled Business Analyst looking for freelance opportunities? Workafy is in search of professionals like you to help businesses improve their processes and systems. You will analyze business needs, assess processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and gather requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and propose enhanced solutions through data analysis and business modeling.
Create detailed reports and presentations to outline findings and recommendations.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives and progress.
Manage and deliver projects on time, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
