Our portfolio includes: Monolithic Refractories for Foundry Applications High Purity Pig Iron for SG Iron Castings Fused Silica & Zircon Sand for Investment Casting Applications Mica-based Insulation for Furnace Lining & Energy Savings Additive for Green Sand Moulding resulting in reduced Sand related rejections Deslaggers and Carburisers essential for Foundry Production Job Role The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing our range of products to foundries across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana . Key locations include Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Tenali, Tirupati, and Srikalahasti. Key Responsibilities Visit existing and potential customers (foundries) to introduce, demonstrate, and promote our product range. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure orders. Follow up to convert inquiries into repeat business. Provide after-sales support and technical assistance when required. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and gain/loss customer reports for management review. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic sales planning. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related engineering fields. Experience: 3–8 years in industrial/B2B sales; Foundry industry experience preferred. Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain engineering products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across South India. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Remuneration Competitive salary based on experience. Performance-based incentives. Allowances for travel and communication expenses.
