Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant with 6–10 years of relevant experience to lead and support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in payroll processes, integrations, and compliance, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions.Analyze business requirements and design payroll solutions aligned with organizational and statutory needs.Configure EC Payroll, including pay structures, wage types, schemas, rules, and payroll calendars.Work closely with Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.Manage payroll integrations with third-party systems, banks, tax authorities, and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.Handle country-specific payroll requirements, statutory compliance, tax regulations, and legal reporting.Support payroll testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and production incidents.Provide post-go-live support, knowledge
