SAP SuccessFactors EC and RBP Consultant_Full-Time_Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, BangaloreJob title: SAP SuccessFactors EC and RBP ConsultantLocation: Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 7+ YearsJob Description:Job Summary:As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors EC and Role Based Permission (RBP) to optimize clients' HR processes, expertise in SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.Key Responsibilities:- Support for production issues in EC and RBP area and provide appropriate solution. - Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet their HR needs. - Provide expert advice on SAP Best Practices for SF modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management functionalities. - Collaborate with multi-cultural teams and guide customers on-site and offshore. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements. - Document the problem analysis, resolution clearly in business language to ensure repetition of the problems.Qualifications:- More than 6 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors EC and Role Based Permission process. - Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central module - Experience with multiple SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions such as Employee Central, Role Based Permission , Time Off, Time Tracking, and Time Sheet. - Strong understanding of HR business processes. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Integration knowledge and EC Payroll experience are advantageous. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with recommendations to customers.Work Environment:- Collaborative and supportive team environment. - Opportunities for learning and development. - Involvement in international projects.
