Apprentice program is that it is a skill enhancement program that comprises both theoretical instruction and practical on the job training to help participants develop proficiency and grow as professionals. This training can last between six months to four years, depending on the apprenticeship and the employer. A participant in the program, known as an apprentice, receives a stipend from the employer, which can increase throughout the duration of the training per prevalent policies.

Key responsibilities:
· Bill Desk:
· Assisting in bill desk operations
· Scanning and uploading the invoices in the portal
· Handling over the hand copies of the approved invoices with the finance team for payment processing.
Courier Desk:
· Coordinating with the vendors for the timely dispatch of the office courier
· Tracking the shipment for timely delivery with the consignee.
· Assisting allied staff (office boys) in maintaining courier records.
General Administration:
· Assisting in the House Keeping operations
· Ensuring daily checks for office upkeep
· Assisting during indoor and outdoor office events.
Requirements and specific skills
· Any Graduate.
· Good administrative skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Good with MS Office.
