Role Description

We are hiring an Apprentice - Human Resource (1 year program - Freshers Only) for a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. The role involves performing a variety of administrative and technical tasks in the field of HR operations, such as supporting the HR team in recruitment, conducting interviews, maintaining HR databases, and supporting the onboarding process.


Location : Prabhadevi.

Stipend : 15-20k (Based on education)

Tenure : 1 Year


JD- Human Resources

Payroll

· Assist in Payroll Management

· Assist in Compliance Management

· Assist in Payroll Audit and Pan India Payroll Compliance.

· Assist in HR Audit.

Operations

Record Management

• Maintain New employee files.

• Prepare and record Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters, Probation Review, Confirmation Letters, any other letter related to the employee.

Attendance Management

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of leave and work attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy.

• End to end responsible for managing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Leaves, Variable inputs) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance.

• Identity cum Access Card management.

Medical Insurance

• Handle Complete end to end Medical Insurance for PAN India Employee’s and Group Companies

Other Activities

· To assist in all HR Projects as and when they come.

· Assist in Employee Engagement activities.

· Provides clerical support to the HR department.

· Assists with planning and execution of special events

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
