Position Overview:   

We are seeking a talented and visionary Director of Photography (DoP) to lead the visual storytelling of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional editing skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, capable of transforming concepts into compelling visuals.  


Key Responsibilities:   

  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning video content.  
  • Plan and oversee lighting, camera setups, and shot compositions to ensure cinematic excellence.  
  • Operate cameras and related equipment to capture high-quality footage.  
  • Supervise and manage on-set production to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to creative vision.  
  • Edit and color-grade raw footage to deliver polished, professional content that aligns with the project’s objectives.  
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in cinematography and post-production.  
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold quality standards.  


Qualifications:   

  • Proven experience as a Director of Photography in a creative agency, production house, or similar environment.  
  • Expertise in camera operation, lighting design, and shot composition.  
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.  
  • Strong understanding of color grading and sound design.  
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a focus on visual aesthetics.  
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
