We aim to make credit accessible and stress-free for everyone, no paperwork, no long waits.About the RoleWe are seeking a high-performing Customer Support Head to lead our customer support team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.- Monitor customer feedback, track key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.- Mentor and train the customer support team for better productivity and service quality.-Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).- 3–5 years of experience in customer support or customer experience roles.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
