Job Description: Head -Goverment Sales
Sales Head Projects - Hardware Setup and Industry Infrastructure
Government Sales
Position Summary: The Project Sales Head will oversee and manage the sales of hardware & networking infrastructure setup projects, including industry infrastructure projects with a focus on CCTV Surveillance, CCTV setup architecture, LAN setup, and a basic understanding of data center setup including firewalls and switches. @ICT projects in Govt. This role requires expertise in navigating government bid portals, preparing high-quality proposals, and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and have a strong technical background in the relevant fields.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for hardware infrastructure and industry infrastructure projects.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hardware infrastructure projects, including CCTV installation, LAN setup, and basic data center setups.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
Sales Strategy Development : Government Procurement Management : Oversee bidding processes, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and ensure compliance with regulations.
Client Relationship Management : Market Research & Analysis : Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration : Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to government policies.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV surveillance projects , Smart City Projects ,Hardware & Networking ,LAN setup, and basic data center setups, including firewalls and switches in Government sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 -20years of experience in Government sales and project management within the hardware and infrastructure as industry as concern.
Strong technical background in CCTV surveillance , Hardware & Networking , data center infrastructure and @ICT projects.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management and organizational abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
