Hiring: Project Manager – Residential Highrise Construction (Alibag)Experience: 10–15 Years | Type: Full-Time, On-Site | Accommodation: ProvidedAtharva Realty is seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager (Construction) for our upcoming premium residential apartment project in Alibag.Role OverviewOn-site full-time role responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the project on time, within budget and to required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:- End-to-end project planning, coordination & execution- Ensuring timelines, quality standards and budgets are met- Daily monitoring of site progress and reporting to management- Coordination with architects, civil contractors, vendors & consultants- Overseeing procurement, logistics, material management and BOQ control- Conducting site inspections, quality checks & enforcing safety compliance- Streamlining workflows, resolving bottlenecks and expediting task completionQualifications & Skills- 10–15 years’ experience in construction project management (residential projects preferred)- Strong technical knowledge of RCC construction, costing, finishing, BOQs, drawings and site execution- Proven ability to coordinate with architects, engineers and civil contractors- Familiarity with ERP / project management software- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred)- Excellent leadership, communication, cost-control and problem-solving skillsCompensation & Benefits- Accommodation provided by the company- Salary: Competitive — as per experience and industry standardsLocationAlibag, Maharashtra — On-site (full time)How to ApplyPlease send your CV and a brief cover note to: : #ProjectManager #ConstructionJobs #RealEstateJobs #Alibag #CivilEngineering #RCC #SiteManagement #AtharvaRealty
