Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in the Alibaug- Maharashtra Region. The Project Head will oversee and manage construction project from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client specifications. Key tasks include planning project timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and addressing technical and operational challenges. They will coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards, while fostering collaboration and driving successful project outcomes. Qualifications - Proven project management skills, including planning, timeline management, and budget control - Strong knowledge of building constructions. - Ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders - Experience with technical problem-solving, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities - Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred - Prior experience in on-site construction project management.
