Position: Technical Lead – PHP, Python, AWSLocation: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)Shift Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM ISTExperience: 8 to 12 YearsImmediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Python, and AWS to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about building high-quality software while guiding a talented team of developers.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using PHP and Python.- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and modern development workflows.- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery.- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning.- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and AWS cloud deployments.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system performance optimizations.- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications & Skills- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Experience: 8–12 years in software development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role. ✅Core Skills:- Strong hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel, Symfony) and Python (Django, Flask).- Deep understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM).- Proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices, and serverless architecture.- Solid experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).Good to Have:- Exposure to Go, React, or Vue.js.- Experience with Prompt Engineering or AI-integrated workflows.- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform).- Insurance domain knowledge preferred.Why ZywaveJoin a global leader in cloud-based solutions for the insurance and employee benefits industry.
