🔹 Position: Technical Lead – PHP, Python, AWS 📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week) 🕛 Shift Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM IST 🕒 Experience: 8 to 12 Years 📅 Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Python, and AWS to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about building high-quality software while guiding a talented team of developers. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using PHP and Python. - Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and modern development workflows. - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and AWS cloud deployments. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system performance optimizations. - Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications & Skills - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 8–12 years in software development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role. ✅ Core Skills: - Strong hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel, Symfony) and Python (Django, Flask). - Deep understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM). - Proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices, and serverless architecture. - Solid experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). Good to Have: - Exposure to Go, React, or Vue.js. - Experience with Prompt Engineering or AI-integrated workflows. - Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform). - Insurance domain knowledge preferred.
