🔹 Position: Technical Lead – PHP, Python, AWS📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)🕛 Shift Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM IST🕒 Experience: 8 to 12 Years📅 Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Python, and AWS to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about building high-quality software while guiding a talented team of developers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using PHP and Python.Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and modern development workflows.Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and AWS cloud deployments.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system performance optimizations.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 8–12 years in software development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role. ✅Core Skills:Strong hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel, Symfony) and Python (Django, Flask).Deep understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM).Proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices, and serverless architecture.Solid experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).Good to Have:Exposure to Go, React, or Vue.js.Experience with Prompt Engineering or AI-integrated workflows.Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform).Insurance domain knowledge preferred.Why ZywaveJoin a global leader in cloud-based solutions for the insurance and employee benefits industry.
