Our Areas of Engagement: ·     Business Strategy o  Develop Vision and mission o  Develop business plan o  Assist in evaluating different verticals and choose the appropriate one o  Assist in evaluating new business opportunities o  Assist in evaluating acquisitions o  Suggest methods to improve financial performance and profitability o  Assist in implementation of strategies ·     Business Process o  Setting up business processes across the organization o  Build ability to collect, collate and analyse data for better business decision making o  Address waste to reduce costs and improve profitability o  Train and Handhold client team in implementation ·     People Process o  Setting up HR policy o  Develop Organisation Structure and Job Descriptions o  Assist in talent acquisition by being part of selection panel o  Assist in compensation design o  Assist in developing incentive plan o  Assist in improvement of manpower productivity o  Assist in manpower rationalization ·     Sales and Marketing o  Evaluate current marketing strategies o  Analyse data to identify SWOT o  Assist in developing new strategy o  Assist in developing sales and marketing process o  Assist in implementation of channel management processes o  Training the field sales team Role Description: As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for Leadership ·     Leading a team of 3-4 Project Associates ·     Training and upskilling of Project Associates ·     Performance Review of Project Associates Project Delivery - Diagnosis ·     Leading the process review and diagnostic study ·     Creation of process maps and performing gap analysis ·     Preparing diagnostic reports ·     Presentations to client management Project Delivery – Formulation ·     Participating in strategy development with client management ·     Creating ideal process flows and related formats ·     Leading policy development and creating related documents Project Delivery - Implementation ·     Working with client management and other teams in implementation of strategies and policies ·     Monitoring Project Milestones ·     Managing communication channels between client leadership team and project delivery team ·     Performing analytics on client data to provide meaningful and actionable insights We are looking for ·     Graduates/ PGs with MBA/ M.Tech ·     4 - 5 years’ experience post MBA in operational role or in consulting ·     Good Written and verbal English Communication Skills ·     Excellent presentation skills ·     Analytical ability to work with diverse and large amount of data ·     Diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of work assigned ·     Ability to meet tight deadlines ·     Willingness to travel extensively both within Mumbai to client sites and outside Position is based in Mumbai
