The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and hands-on experience in laboratory analysis.Be Part of Our Innovation Journey: Senior Development Chemist OpportunityWe’re expanding With new test licenses secured, our R&D team is ready to push the boundaries of product development and we’re looking for a passionate Senior Chemist to lead the way.This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to transform raw materials into finished, fully analyzed products.You’re Role – Key Responsibilities:Batch Processing: Plan, manage, and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.Comprehensive Analysis: Take full ownership of product analysis, including CDP (Chemical Development Project), AMV (Apparent Molecular Weight), PV (Peroxide Value), and other essential parameters.Quality & Documentation: Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.Innovation & Scale-Up: Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.What we’re looking for:* Proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories.* Strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy).* A proactive leader who can take charge and work independently.* Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.Join us and be the driving force behind our next wave of innovations.Qualifications:* Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
