This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to transform raw materials into finished, fully analyzed products.

You’re Role – Key Responsibilities:

Batch Processing: Plan, manage, and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.

Comprehensive Analysis: Take full ownership of product analysis, including CDP (Chemical Development Project), AMV (Apparent Molecular Weight), PV (Peroxide Value), and other essential parameters.

Quality & Documentation: Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.

Innovation & Scale-Up: Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories.

* Strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy).

* A proactive leader who can take charge and work independently.

* Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Qualifications:

* Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
