Advanced Pharmaceutical Product Developer

Role Overview:
As a Senior Development Chemist, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.
- Take full ownership of product analysis, including Chemical Development Project (CDP), Apparent Molecular Weight (AMV), Peroxide Value (PV), and other essential parameters.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories.
- Strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy).
- A proactive leader who can take charge and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
