As a Safety Pharmacovigilance Staff, you will be responsible for any required administrative support and will be responsible for maintenance of the systems used by the team in terms of ensuring data in the systems is current and accurate
Key Responsibilities
- Triaging and routing of tickets raised worldwide to the appropriate resolving team
- Resolution of tickets which require IT skills. Typical tickets include access management, system support and data requests.
- Supporting the Incident and Service Request Management for PV Suite of applications e.g. OASIS (Argus, LAM and Argus J), Argus Admin Tool, PVLite, OASIS Reports (Wizards and Custom reports), CSP, MARS, DST, Safety eHUB, Axway and CVW.
- Maintenance and quality check of OASIS Package Configuration Specification (PCS) spread sheets for all business configuration updates from Argus console.

- Reporting rules

- Product family and product
- System and other configurations
- Handling communications over application planned downtimes to stakeholders in accordance with application support team.
- Ensure ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders involving SQL queries are supported by self under supervision.
- Ensure that if there are changes to any PV suite application, the relevant documents are updated to accommodate the changes and approved.
- Ensure expertise is provided to all team members working across shifts
Education Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree (scientific or medically related field is preferred) with a minimum of 4-9 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in clinical development, pharmacovigilance and information management or equivalent work experience.

- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
- Analytical skills and logical thinking that include:
- Good knowledge of SQL and documenting requirements based on end user input Good knowledge of ITIL [Information Technology Infrastructure Library] which is a framework for IT service management.
- Flexible working in shifts
- Basic knowledge of medical and drug terminology
- Good systems skills including Data querying and reporting tools used to generate reports from Safety database
- Flexibility to accommodate urgent requests raised to the team
- Ability to work with tight deadlines while under pressure, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and integrity.
- Functions as a team player
- Ability to work independently with only a minimal level of supervision
- Excellent Customer focus
- Quick learner and adaptable to process changes.
