Global Procurement Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring goods and services to meet company requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. This includes preparing and processing purchase orders based on customer orders and internal demand.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are essential for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• The ability to maintain strong vendor relationships and address issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing is crucial for maintaining supply chain reliability.
• A good understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations, as well as familiarity with import/export documentation and compliance, are necessary for monitoring inventory levels and avoiding overstocking or stockouts.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Additional certifications in Procurement/Supply Chain/EXIM procedures will be an advantage.

The candidate should have 2-3 years' experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in FMCG with EXIM exposure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems, and excellent communication and coordination skills are also required.
