The role involves close coordination with the Project Merchandiser, Project Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.This position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist vendors based on project requirements- Negotiate pricing and secure favourable commercial terms- Ensure projects adhere to internal financial benchmarks- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships- Explore, assess, and onboard new vendors- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation- Create vendor POs, place orders, and track deliveries- Update and manage internal reports for smooth project flow- Coordinate with Accounts for bill processing and timely payments- Support all other tasks related to project merchandisingRequirements- Strong working knowledge of MS Office- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail- Proactive, self-driven, and deadline-oriented- Prior experience or understanding of merchandising/buying roles- Strong time management and multitasking abilities- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistently- Good verbal and written communication skills- Existing vendor relationships in decorative lighting or décor will be an added advantagePreferred:- Bangalore-based candidates- Experience in home décor, design, or lighting- Strong procurement skills including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, PO management, and delivery coordinationInterested candidates may share their CVs at:
