You're perfect if:

  • You have a keen eye  for aesthetics and details
  • You love quirky and bold designs
  • You are proficient with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with Adobe XD and Figma is a plus
  • You have the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • You can work seamlessly with the marketing team to ship projects

About the role

  • You will ideate and execute in helping us build a brand voice, look and feel at various touch points to ensure consistency and continuity
  • Help lay the foundation of our brand style guide and visual design system
  • Create mini-branded "worlds" for various campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop visual designs & static ads for platforms like FB, Instagram, etc
  • Creating images and layouts using design software such as Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Work with copywriters to produce final designs
  • You will also work with the marketing team on marketing projects
  • Design merchandise including apparel (hoodies, caps, etc.) and stationery (journals, affirmation cards, etc.) for the Cancel Stigma product line
  • Create production-ready files and mockups for vendors and manufacturers
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure print accuracy and final product quality for physical goods

Skills and Qualifications

  • You have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite or any equivalent software.
  • You're able to use your initiative to suggest new directions or projects.
  • You're able to work to shared deadlines and have content ready to publish when it's needed, always looking to stay ahead of the game.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role will be preferred - but to be honest, we are all from unconventional backgrounds, and we won't mind taking a bet on an outlier profile.
  • Bonus: a passion for healthcare and wellness.
