Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans specific to retail wood products (doors, furniture, modular interiors, plywood, veneers, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, festival promotions, and showroom events to drive footfall and sales.
- Support branding activities across digital, print, and outdoor media.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing activities: social media pages, Google ads, SEO, website content updates.
- Coordinate product photoshoots, videos, and creative content with designers/creatives.
- Monitor online engagement and analyze campaign performance.
3. Retail & Showroom Marketing
- Plan in-store promotions, displays, and product merchandising activities.
- Ensure brand consistency in all retail outlets/showrooms.
- Support showroom managers with marketing materials, display boards, samples, brochures, etc.
- Conduct customer engagement activities and maintain brand visibility.
4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns for retail customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a customer database and support CRM activities.
5. Branding & Public Relations
- Develop marketing collaterals: catalogues, brochures, banners, standees, product cards.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Build partnerships with influencers, architects, and channel partners.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Track ROI for marketing activities and campaigns.
- Prepare marketing performance reports, budgets, and improvement recommendations.
- Maintain competitor analysis reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of retail marketing (preferably in wood, furniture, or interiors).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook/Instagram ads, SEO, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination with sales, design, and creative teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in wood/interior/furniture industry.
- Experience in managing retail campaigns and digital activities.
Work Environment
- Office-based with regular visits to sites/ production unit, vendors, and events.
- Coordination with marketing agencies, printing vendors, and creative teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
