Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Plan seasonal campaigns, festival promotions, and showroom events to drive footfall and sales.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing activities: social media pages, Google ads, SEO, website content updates.
  • Coordinate product photoshoots, videos, and creative content with designers/creatives.
  • Monitor online engagement and analyze campaign performance.

3. Retail & Showroom Marketing

  • Plan in-store promotions, displays, and product merchandising activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all retail outlets/showrooms.
  • Support showroom managers with marketing materials, display boards, samples, brochures, etc.
  • Conduct customer engagement activities and maintain brand visibility.

4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns for retail customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

5. Branding & Public Relations

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track ROI for marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports, budgets, and improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain competitor analysis reports.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of retail marketing (preferably in wood, furniture, or interiors).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook/Instagram ads, SEO, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong coordination with sales, design, and creative teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in wood/interior/furniture industry.
  • Experience in managing retail campaigns and digital activities.

Work Environment

  • Office-based with regular visits to sites/ production unit, vendors, and events.
  • Coordination with marketing agencies, printing vendors, and creative teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
