We’re hiring for Accompany Health , a US-based healthcare company on a mission to give low-income patients with complex needs the dignified, high-quality care they deserve.
Accompany Health combines primary, behavioral, and social care into one continuous experience—powered by committed care teams, elegant technology, and evidence-based practice. Oversee educational materials (print, digital, video).
Manage branded welcome boxes for new patients.
Work closely with clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams.
Manage vendors and agencies for campaigns and creative execution.
Provide mentorship and prioritization guidance to a Marketing Manager (not a direct report).
Drive Strategy & Performance
Report on KPIs and set up reporting processes for data-driven decisions.
Test and explore new engagement strategies and marketing technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
~6–8+ years in marketing, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, print).
~ Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and segmentation .
~ Exceptional project management and ability to juggle priorities.
~ experience with onshore/offshore teams a plus.
~ Data-driven mindset with creativity in execution.
~ Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.
